The question is who is Kev going to pick which games?

There are 8 NLHE games, 1 PLO/8 1 PLO and 1 7CS!

01: Flushy
02: Jen
03: Rudders
04: McIntosh
05: Pav
06: Booder
07: Belsize
08: JP
09: Clothey
10: Dewi
11: Pab

Who do you think he should pick for each game?

Of course it doesnt really matter as we will win 11-0 (10-1 if we get unlucky)

I think what flushy is trying to say is..........

Would it be morally and ethically in order to tell three internet qualifiers, who qualified by playing hold'em that they are now required to play games they are not familiar with, with the additional pressure that not only your fellow team mates are depending on you, a nation also expects  scared

Seriously I did hear booder is old enough to have played 7Stud although most thye team look so young they probably think 7Stud is one of Kev's DVD collection.

Just a question for anyone that might know - How good is JP at Omaha hi/lo?

What strategy would you adopt if you were Kev/Flushy/Jen...... Would you risk a very strong hold'em player at one of the other three events or would you keep them at their strongest game?

A lot of these decisions will depend on format and running order - for example, do you have to submit before the competition starts the names of the players that will play each event?

I personally think the first people given the NLHE games should be the online qualifiers (unless it was made very clear before they qualified that they might be expected to play a different game).

I'm presuming that the players have already been asked to express a preference and have all said NLHE?!

I guess it's just like taking penalties  Shocked you get your best players up first to give yourself a lead & put the pressure on the opposition. I'll expect Kev's management style is the opposite to Sven's  Cheesy Good Luck guys

My plans for running order of the team are top secret at the moment, I will be holding a team meeting on friday evening where tactics and selection will be talked about.

My main priority is making sure the Internet qualifiers are playing a game which they are comfortable with, Although winning is important, it comes third on the list behind making a few bob for charity and everyone having a great time.

I may well pick the "better" (more experienced) players first..... God knows how late it will be before Flushy gets a game !!

I leave for Ireland tomorrow (Thursday) as there are a few last minute preparations we need to make to ensure that everything is in place for the comp.

I will be keeping a journal, and everything that happens in Dublin will be posted on here...  You will be kept updated on our progress, and we WILL BRING THAT TROPHY HOME !!!
