Sounds good Rob.

Not too sure about the rebuy. As someone who's not too keen on spending 625 on one comp, it may be give the deep pocket players a big advantage. I guess it'll build the pot up.

Good to hear those sats are on a er... Sat.  Undecided Smiley

Are there any plans for a 20 or 30 satellite, or will you just be arranging the 10 qualifiers?

Let the rich rebuy, play it as a freezeout and you know you should be OK.

Probably just be the 10 (Chip Throwing!) Super Sats
Have tried in the past to arrange Single Table Satellites for bigger events but these are much more difficult to organise.

As redsimon says this competition is playable as an Entry Only Freeze-Out for 300 or as a Double Cost Double chance Freeze-Out for 600.

We did give 10,000 starting chips for the 250 in May and there are only 5000 for this one.
However in May the blinds for the first three levels were
50/100, 100/200, 200/400
this time around, they are:

25/50, 50/100, 100/200

meaning that the '5000 points/ Play it as a freeze-out' is perfectly playable strategy for those people who don't not got no deep pockets (Snoopy, even that sentance makes your grammar look perfect!)

English only at the table please Grin...no I'll be either not there (50%) or going with the no rebuy strategy. I fancy the satellite on 20th. We might see if a STT for 35 or thereabouts can get going if/when I bust?

PS

Hope your gran ma gets better Cheesy

Not all of us can travel several hundred miles round trip. I guess Notts were stuck for a good time for a 2 dayer as this will be the last bank holiday before Xmas...

I'd definitely be up for the STT, Simon. Tired of the crapshoot satellites at the moment.

And my gran's on the mend ta.  Tongue
