I don't like cucumbers either, you never know where they've been!

Every word is true, & the whole table witnessed it.
I had not intended to Post it, as the Gala Management are not very happy with me, but as someone told half the story, I thought I better tell the rest.
But the idea is to get Notts Gala back where it belongs, as one of the UK's best Venues for Poker.
Like so many others, I
ache
to help them, but it ain't easy......

Not at all Adam, you did nothing wrong. But I had decided against Posting the story originally, as I'm seen as a bit of an agitator down there. Which, I guess, I am, but it's all done in a very polite & civil manner. I just want the place to succeed, & it's so obvious that some little things need adjusting before that can happen. But it all gets misinterpreted, which is a bit sad, but there you go. I await with interest some more "anonymous" flaming from guys who are as nice as pie to my face when I'm down there! It happened, for the record, last Thursday, when I played the rather excellent (though poorly structured) £50 Double Rebuy, along with about 50 others. We began the Final at around 0100, & the average stack was 8 Big Blinds!
