I had not intended to Post it, as the Gala Management are not very happy with me, but as someone told half the story, I thought I better tell the rest.
But the idea is to get Notts Gala back where it belongs, as one of the UK's best Venues for Poker.

Not at all Adam, you did nothing wrong. But I had decided against Posting the story originally, as I'm seen as a bit of an agitator down there. Which, I guess, I am, but it's all done in a very polite & civil manner. I just want the place to succeed, & it's so obvious that some little things need adjusting before that can happen. But it all gets misinterpreted, which is a bit sad, but there you go. I await with interest some more "anonymous" flaming from guys who are as nice as pie to my face when I'm down there! It happened, for the record, last Thursday, when I played the rather excellent (though poorly structured) £50 Double Rebuy, along with about 50 others. We began the Final at around 0100, & the average stack was 8 Big Blinds!
