You may have noticed in that pic of Padraig that he was being stared at (in awe?) by the man he addressed loudly as Barney Boatman...Mr. Beevers - who's still in pretty good shape in the $5k Short-handed.

Here, in front of the Ghost Floorman, sits Dave 'Elvis' Shallow, with almost double average chips, but another one on his shoulder after the Hellmuth bad beat. If he keeps his head, says Ariston, there's a good chance he'll build back...

Snoops has gone to count Pab's stack... The crowd doesn't seem to know where to loiter - in front of the $1,500 heads up, by the televised 7-Card, or around the short-handed, where action is frequent and dramatic.
