Here's the end of the $2,500 - - Hachem in the middle of his table (just doubled a shortstack's up with his , spiking the deuce but no more) and Table Gale - here he's watching some other guy go out in 12th.  I wish I had a long lens and good steady hands, but you could take the wavy style as indication of excitement.  Or something.

Bad news for renowned Ladbrokes player John 'Decision' Hansmeyer. He finished 16th for 9k, but, as he is a Canadian citizen, he is unable to obtain an ITIN number and only received 6k. 30% tax, ouch! He didn't look like a happy chappy at all.

Compared to last year when the likes of Cloutier, Greenstein, Chan, Brunson, Seidel and co all took down bracelets, this year seems to be the year of the 'unknown' player. I kinda find his a shame. I always route for the 'name' player, mainly because it shows that this game doesn't just revolve around luck, even if they do only start with a thousand or two in chips. Of course, all that assumes that the 'name' players are indeed the better players.

Hmm, food for thought.
