Interesting to see who they can attract. I didn't think Warnock would be up for that sort of job but guess we'll find out. Di Canio working with Bates would be amazing.
Warnock has a young family, and from what I've heard he'd only be interested in a job in the south so not to disrupt his kids at school.
But managing Leeds would be his first and probably last chance to manage a big club. If he got you lot up to the Premiership he'd be a messiah.

Warnocks is an abs *****. Please can we have someone sane.
Interesting about Terry. When Alan Smith was at Leeds and playing for England (lol) he was dropped for throwing a water bottle back into the crowd. Have the FA changed the rules with Terry?

Warnock would be brilliant.
Don't fancy the likes of Strachan or Steve Bruce.
Bates lost plot even more on his radio interview just now. Said "Well people say we don't spend money but we have a higher wage bill than Barnsley"
WTF. Bates wanted automatic promotion, Barnsley would've been happy with 21st (at start of season).

Warnock is the last person I'd want to get the Leeds job, as I think he'd be brilliant for you. He's a comedy hate figure (perfect for Leeds) but he's an outstanding manager.
Love the quote from Bates. He's really aiming high if he's comparing you to us. When we signed Chris Dagnall a couple of weeks ago, Keith Hill said that they'd had to compete with a League Two club who were offering higher wages (supposedly Bradford) so having a higher wage bill than ours in the Championship is hardly an achievement!

Why did you get rid of him?! Crazy. Win the next two and you could have been in the playoffs.
Selling Gradel/Howson hardly the managers fault. Now he has just wasted £ on paying Grayson off which could have been invested in bringing loan players in when the deadline re-opens.
We have a chance of beating you now in a couple of weeks!

Bates wants Lee Clark, it seems. Obviously would be a good choice, if he'd go.

Personnaly don't think he's done great there considering the squad he inherited, money spent etc, 50% win rate this season not good enough.

Ok few points to answer.
Leeds fans in general have not been calling for Grayson to be sacked. Everyone knows he worked with no budget and under difficult circumstances. That being said we conceded 81 goals in the league last season, our defence has been shocking for 3 years and this has not been fixed. He has brought in some right dogs as players, the list of bad loan and free players goes on and on and you would certainly have to look at his ability to attract (i understand the wages might be an issue) players that have improved the squad.
Losing your player of the year the last day of the summer transfer window didn't help, along with a few key injuries and fans unrest.
It is fair to say over the last few years fans have got very angry over Bates. More so this season than ever, if you saw Grayson interviewed on the eve of the season he was mega frustrated and pissed off! not a good sign. It's all coming to a head with 2 year low attendances at home, fans boycotting games, advanced season ticket sales down 40% from last season.
Bates had no choice, the teams been rubbish and to save his bacon he sacked the management team. It wont help Bates one bit. Until there is solid investment in the playing side of the club next season will be alot worse. He tells us the club need home gates of 25k to break even. Gl with that bates, just sell up and go.
Lee Clarke would be fun, he had about four times the budget at a div. 1 club than Leeds has and his team still wont get automatic promotion. No thanks.

A Norwich fan tweeted something like "I see our feeder club has replaced it's manager. Sure they okayed it with Delia first"
Made me laugh anyways.

could be worse I guess. But the money we got for Howson who is currently out with a knackered knee with his contract running out in the summer was good business. No idea when he be back playing.

I thought Clarky had done a great job but that was just because I knew of the ridic long run they had without losing, didn't realise he had such advantages as mentioned. Still <3 Lee Clark, possibly got a thicker more inaudible Geordie accent than me, ledge.

I thing he done a good job there, but the few times I have seen him on TV he seems to lose the plot alot. Tranmere away draw last week he nearly had a breakdown in the interview after, the game vs Stevenage i think it was where he went abs mental at end in a fit of rage. If you cant handle it at Hudds you got Zero chance of it at Leeds.

Lee Clark does seem to have cultivated a reputation as a top young manager, when he took over at Huddersfield they were a play off position team. Three years later after having enough money to spend to make a difference they are still a play off team. He has not improved that club one iota yet his name always seems to be mentioned when jobs at clubs in higher divisions are available.
Emporer's new clothes for me.
