3 bet smells of QQ+ or AK I would think. AA and KK less likely cos I've got AK right? Also he surely doesn't play top set like that on the flop. Prob got the same as me? Slight poss QQ or some kind of flush draw?

Seriously though, that isn't an easy one - the fact that he blasts at the pot would make me (if I were in that scenario) think he's weak rather than strong. These are the kinds of hands that I get into trouble with playing cash games online, because I go - "hey that looks weak, he probably doesn't want a call", only to find I'm up against a complete rookie who indeed has a set or whatever, but doesn't know from squat about 'milking' a good hand.

I'd probably call - and then swear at the walls when he turns out to have .

I like it, why bet it? What turn card scares him? You give the oppo a chance to take a stab at it if he is behind aswell.

You do it with weak hands, not with a paired up AK. If i had 88 i might do it.
