Just out of curiousity, do you play your draws aggressively or passively? I use to love playing them incredibly aggressively, but I've recently tightened up a bit and it's paying off. Obviously you should mix your strategies up, but how do you like to play those 8 or 9-outers?

Depends on the game we are in...obviously.

I prefer to play them aggresivley, but quite often its best to be passive with them.

depends on whether I've got pot odds to hit and whether I'm going for the nut draw

If yes to both, aggressive

I tend to play them aggressive on the flop and passive on the turn.

This obviously various on each hand. If I have a draw on after the flop I will often bet this aggressively and continue to play it aggressive on the turn as to suggest I'm not playing a drawing hand. If I have only hit a draw on the turn I tend to play this passive as I normally have little invested in the pot at this stage.

What i mean is if its limit holdem i am going to bet, if its NL cash i will probably check and call, if its a nl tourney and the blinds are low i will be passive, if its late stages of NL tourney then i will be aggresive.

All these depend on pots odds aswell, i kinda assume we all know where we are regarding the pot odds.
