I Knew there would be trouble  Like someone said , the APAT definition of an amateur poker player would include MOST professional players - as they have "other" incomes , would it not? I am not saying its good or bad - just sitting on the fence. What happens to the unlucky person who NEVER gets picked out in this lottery format? Do you think they will remain a member? Probably not. Will it matter? No because there willl be many others who will want to join. Does APAT have a ceiling on the number of members? Are future events going to be "run" in the same way? - I see major problems if they are as the number of members is always going to INCREASE! Maybe a better idea would be to stage these comps in different areas of the country, and only members within a certain catchment area could enter - would this work? I dont know, but probably not. Do I have an answer? NO Am I bitter and twisted that I wasnt picked? NO. A little disapointed but nothing to rant on about. Finally, good luck to all Blonde's that were picked at random. I'm impressed  |
