not unless his fights are in the middle of the afternoon - while he's wearing the electronic tag he has strict cerfews to adhere to. failure to do so will see him getting back into his rolls royce and returning back to Her Majestys Pleasure.

He couldn't box anymore BEFORE he went to jail, he's gonna sit in his gaff and carry on where he left off, watching re runs of Barrera whoop him whilst eating steak and kidneys pies.

He was making plans to return before he went away.  Perhaps in 6 months he will be in a position to listen to offers .

If you listened to frank warren during that period you'd find that hameds "plans" were never taken seriously by anyone in the buisness, they consisted of nothing more than his brothers phoning up warren once every couple of months talking about a comeback and then asking for V.I.P seats at whatever fight was coming up.

I would pay serious money to watch Hamed.
I loved watching him fight in his prime.
I have all his tapes recorded from ITV back in the day. One early fight the commentator was going on about how this would be a real test for "young" Hamed and that this fighter had never been knocked down in 40 odd fights. The bell goes, Hamed hits him once and he goes down. Just brillant.

Yeah, he was a great boxer, an all time great. Shame about his attitude - he could have been the greatest (in his weightclass)

I disagree. The first time he met a world class boxer (who wasn't past it like Boom Boomor Kelly) he got his ass handed to him.

He had the talent, its just his attitude let him down.

Barrera didn't exactly destroy him. But he did beat him well on points.

If Hamed had Lennox Lewis' attitude - he would have been the best.

He just didnt have the chin you need at that weight. At heavyweight you can get away with it as Lennox did (except two small blips).

Add to that the fact his boxing was still behind that of Barrera and Morales and he had no chance of dominating anything.

Naz was a case of the media being domestically biased when there were better boxers out there from day 1.
