New Boy

Guys and Galls,

Am new to Blonde (first post) but have been a regular visitor for the last couple of months.
(Very impressed with both the site, and the 'community').

Been playing for about a year - exclusively online.
Would like to dabble in a bit of live play - I live just north of Derby - so any tips on places to go, best nights for a beginner etc.. would be much appreciated.

Hi Jak, welcome.

Live Games north of Derby?

Stanleys in Derby, Gala in Notts, & Napoleons have two in Sheffield, one at Owlerton Stadium (by the Dog Track, near Hillsborough Footie Ground) & one in Eccleshall Road.

If you'd prefer a Home Game to get the "feel" first before venturing to a Caisno, I suggest dropping a PM to blondeite AdamM, he runs a nice home game in Grantham.
