I meant that excellent payout structure. Sounds like just the thing players have been crying out for!

Under our terms & conditions, the APAT will not support deal making. This is a unique Championship event and the onus is on every player to try their utmost to win it. The above prize structure promotes that ideal and as no APAT member relies on Poker to make a living, our Champion will receive the lions share of the rewards on offer.

Does not an incredibly top heavy prize structure like this one actually encourage deal making?
A brief conversation in the toilets is all it takes. Even chips 2 or 3 handed the temptation to deal will be massive. Particularly as the target audience is not used to playing for such a big prize.

it will send deals underground, and then people are risking getting stiffed. Negative publicity galore!

i have to agree the top heavy prize structure will cause ALOT of problems espically amongs those who have grown up on sites like stars where there 20% payouts are a huge success
and seeing as stars is one of the only sites that help people out with deals i think this will be open for abuse
