How about this for a success story.

Matt 'B4Matt' Tyler, who has endured a torrid time after being mugged earlier on in the week, is one of the chip leaders with a massive 82k.

I was poised to jot down that key hand that shot him up to 82 big ones, but it never came.

"No specific hand, I've just been playing ultra agressive," claimed Matt. "Raising a hell of a lot and my stack has just grown"

Bluesquare qualifier, Bernard Stoddart, has shot up to 30,400 after crippling Kenna James.

James moved in from the cut-off for 21k (?!?!) with A-6 (?!?!) only to run into Bernard's Pocket Kings.

Very bizarre.

A crippled James exited soon after.

Well, we're out and off - back tomorrow 5pm (which I gather is 4pm UK time) for the beginning of Day Two.

Buenas noches!

We're a bit tired here, so we're not going to wait for the chip counts, especially when we're not even sure that they'll arrive at all.

We will, however, try to get them up before the start of Day 2 tomorrow, which I believe starts at 5pm (our time)

So, back to the hotel we go where I think I may have a spot of whisky, even though it's not my favourite tipple. That's how crazy I am!

Til then...

Look after yourselves, and each other...

Amazing updates as usual...I can't believe there isn't a pokerplayer in the world who hasn't signed up to blonde yet when the updates are this good.

well done well done , he better bring the bacon home , comon tyler after the week we have had i need to score as your jockey .

the worst thing aboutt the week wasnt matt getting mugged or me being a complete div going after them it was the incredible snoring coming from tylers hippo type lungs which incredibly got louder after  the mugging. then to cap it off i had to travel home with simon zach which i have to say was a treat of the fragrant variety .
GOOD LUCK TO THE BIG SCONEHEAD , .
