Right up there and battling it away for the chip lead with Ramdin is this familiar face, Barny Boatman, with a cool 59,500

Not too far behind is fellow Hendon Mob member Ram 'Crazy Horse' Vaswani with 42,500.

Doesn't he look tense?...

Ben 'Milkybarkid' Grundy is on around 5k, he seemed a bit downcast when I spoke to him.

Meanwhile the Antes have just kicked in with a re-run of the 150/300 now with an extra 25 chip ante. This will really start to pressure the shorter stacks.

Hello Donks,

Ivey will be going out the front door once Stuart 'The Nutter' Rutter gets a go at his chips!

Rutter is the only one playing with a bigger horseshoe up his ass than that Ivey guy.

Edgar Skjervold is OUT.

Although an early chip leader, he lost a large chunk of his stack when he ran A-Q on an A-x-3-Q into a set of threes.

A few pearls of wisdom from bondeite, Ash 'realshady' Pervais.

Ash reckons Alan Betson is a dark horse. He says he's played with him in Vegas and has heard that he's pretty handy online too. "A hell of a player," paises Ash.

He then went on to discuss Annand 'Victor' Ramdin, who he's also played with, one time in a WPT.

"I'm not sure where he got all those chips from. I've played with him a few times now and he's a rock. He's static!"
