I asked Ramzi Jelassi how he was getting on.

He replied, "Not bad, but the Americans are thieving my chips"

I do love listening to our Norwegian counterparts here in the press office.

They'll bash out a load of gibberish, but everynow and then drop in an English word, so it sounds something like this...

shchmergen lergen hergen wergen chipcount lergen schmergen vergen kergen

Right, I'm off to find some scoops for you, and maybe the odd chippy count.

So... don't touch the pack, I'll be right back!

Andy Black news now.

After a couple of limpers and a mid position raise to 300, (blinds are now 50/100) Andy Black called on the button, Johnny Hewston called in the SB, and three limpers also called. The  three clubs was checked round to the original raiser who bet out 1,000 into the 1,900 pot. Black made it 3,000 and everyone else passed. Black showed

JP doesn't appear to be in confident mood.

"I'll be out soon," he suggests solemnly

He continued, "I had Jacks, and there was a raise, a smooth call, and, seeing as I was down to 7k, I decided to try and pick up the 800 in the pot by re-raising, but then the initial raiser moved over the top, and then the flat-caller moved all-in too! I folded, but it turns out that I was up against Kings and Aces. And the flop was a killer - A-T-J."

Andy Black has lost a chunk of chips to John Hewston after an Aces vs Queens all-in encounter.

The board came 3-4-5-6, so Hewston was fearful of a chopped pot, but the Ace on the River was kind of emphatic.

What perhaps encouraged Andy to make the push with Queens was that John had been dealt the Aces before, but for no profit with everyone folding round to his small raise. This time, however, he deceived the table by limping with those darn bullets.

As John Hewston puntastically put it himself...

"That was payblack"

Mark 'Hawko' Hawkins went from 12k to 7k when he ran T-T into A-A on a 9 high flop.

Jeff 'Jaffacake' Kimble ('Jeffacake' surely? - a missed opportunity there) is just below his starting stack with 9,300
