The blinds are 8k/16k with a 2k running ante.

The very next hand he raised again, this time 50k from UTG.

Chad in the small blind called.

The flop was

There is some banter between them, Peter swigs from his second pint of the day and bets 30k

Chad ponders, they chat some more and he calls.

The turn is

Peter bets 55k and Chad passes.

Peter showed

Jan Sjavic has doubled up through Emad after hitting a flush on the river. The money went in on a

  flop.

Jan had  while Emad held

Turn was  but the river was  Two Diamonds to give Jan his flush, thus defeating Emad's 2 pair.

Vicky Coren has taken out Michael Abecassis.  She bet 50k from 4th position. Michael went all in from the button.

Vicky had A-K versus the Frenchman's KK

An ace fell on the turn and c'est la vie for Abecassis.

Vicky is now on 600k.

Emad, who was damaged by Jan earlier is still OK, on 470k.

Vicky has added another 100k to her stack. She falt called from late position. Peter made it 90k to play and after some banter she said she was all in. Peter passed instantly and Vicky showed a King.

Peter asked her is she has A-K and Vicky nodded.

Good luck to the two remaining Brits, and good luck to Peter, a good friend, and possibly the craziest man you'll ever meet.

He has recovered from a hit down 15k at the end of the first day when his 95 on a flop of 975 was rivered by Ashley's K9.

He was also really suffering from the smoke due to his asthma, so this is a great recovery.

Who else could be on the TV final table bubble, and be swigging from his second pint of the day?

And bad news for Oscar fans... he's hit the dreaded bubbled.

With Emad raising from the button, Oscar thought and thought for ages, before gritting his teeth and sticking it in with Pocket Fives. A pretty tough decision to be honest as he knows there's a good chance that he's in a coinflip situation.

Anyhow, he was indeed facing a 50-50, as Emad had .

The flop looked good with a harmless , , and hitting the felt.

And then again on the Turn, but he looked thoroughly disappointed when the River (It's been a day of Rivers thus so far) brought the

I second Stuart's comments. Peter is a great guy. I met him last year after he finished 99th in the 2005 World Series Main event when we shared a taxi going downtown. I then met him again in Helsinki and earlier in the week he was here knocking back the booze at the bar rather than playing. Great to watch. May wind a few people up at the table, but in a good way. He is my pick to win this.
