day 4 of non smoking.
Major things I have noticed.
Good things
I feel healthier and cleaner and have felt the urge to do lots of working out.
Things starting to smell a bit more and taste better. I love food so this is good.
My lungs are starting to return much of the unwanted gunk I have been passing to them through smoking. I'm chugging away like one of tikay's old steam trains.
My fingers are starting to lose their bart simpson colouration.
I am slightly richer.
Bad things
I feel like Bill Hicks would regard me as a traitor.
I am fighting urges to lecture my still smoking friends like an annoying twat.
I haven't put myslef through the full blown "piss up with the lads" litimus test yet and this will be the biggest indicator of my progress.
It was nice to speak to chili earlier and hear she is doing well. Good luck to everyone else, it's not easy but if I can do it anyone can.
