The Truffle Club, while in the 1st & 2nd floors has lift access to both floors & the bouncer was keen to let me know that they are wheelchair friendly.

Whilst the lapdancing development of the thread is obviously interesting, any news on the new card room opening up yet? I am up in Glasgow for work every few weeks so would very much like to visit.

Does anyone know how membership is organised? Is it possible online?

Otherwise, what day of the week is best for the Riverside casino? I think i used to be a member of it when i lived in Glasgow some ten years ago but suppose would have to renew now.

The Riverboat has changed since then so i take it you probably will need to renew, you can however do it on line!

How Good / confident a player are you, depends on the evenings to attend.

for rookies, the best nights are:

-Monday - 5 Re-buy for 90mins - No Limit Holdem
-Thursday - 5 Re-buy for 90 mins - Pot Limit Holdem

-there are 10 nights but cant remember which nights

-Fridays - 20 rebuy for 90mins - Pot limit holdem

Also the last friday of every month they bump it up slightly, they make it 50 rebuy for 90 mins - not sure if its PL or NL, usually only 1 or 2 re-buys at the most since it 50!

was down today and had a look inside its very smart the guys in there where haveing a meeting so kind of bust in lol

anyway they said in about 2 weeks it will be open but if i come back the end of next week

they will sort out the membership
