Any news yet on the new club?
Opening night was last Friday - I was on the batter all weekend so haven't made it down there yet. Think tonight's a choice between checking the new place out & the Thistle ST Satellites. I'll let you know if I go to check it out. |

Congratulations on such an informative and inspirational site...!!!
Sorry to hijack the topic, but Glasgow's as close to Aberdeen as I've found on the site...
Does anyone know of any places in or around Aberdeen to get a descent game...? Unfortunatley, the International Casino will not let me grace their premises. My membership was "suspended due to a suspect playing technique" following a rather fortuitous winning streak on the roulette tables 3 years ago. I've written to the management, but they won't reinstate my membership, so looking for some live action elsewhere... Anyone know an alternative venue?

the gala in dundee and the maybury in edinburgh along with the glasgow clubs and casinos are the only places to play LEGALLY in scotland
there might be other places but i aint been invited to there illegal games

ok what did we decide on with the laspdancers?
saturday night after i clean up on the final table sounds a good time to go
either that or all day saturday after i get knocked out in 20 minutes on the friday sounds fun
more to the point who is going and who is playing

Think the Truffle club's your best bet. Not going to be playing (didn't make it to the Sats & skint from a drunken trip to Hamburg). Planning on going to watch for a bit though. I'll say hello if I get a chance. |
