What time are you arriving on the 4th (you're staying Sunday night too)?  I am booking now - I assume you are talking about hotels, not flights... Coming from London, as you so rightly guessed, but which airport is still as yet undecided and will be based solely on cheapness.

I get in at approx 5pm ... booder is gonna hang about in the airport bar til i get there, so if we are all getting in around the same time ... happy days !!

Ah, if everyone is going to start having fun on Friday night, I will have to jump on the bandwagon.  I think arrive Dublin 6:30pm though on the 3rd.  That OK?

Yeah i am staying Friday-Monday, i am just wondering who is up for sharing a flight, and more importantly a taxi into town.

Right, I couldn't resist a £5 return on Sunday, so I am in effect saving myself €250 on top by not playing that evening.  I will be in Dublin from 6:15pm on the 3rd, until 8am on the 5th, so effectively staying for one night only.  Ryanair was the one for me - I am going from Gatwick leaving 16:55 on the 3rd, if you want to spend an hour on the plane with me.
