The guy next to Mickey is beginning to regret ordering that club sandwich earlier...

Yes that's Rob Taylor alright. A few people have a slice of Rob's action including me (Kpnuts and others) and any updates would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. The guy sitting beside Mickey Wernick is Bob Battersby and he's a bit of a legend on the local scene for his *ahem* unothodox plays. Mickey has been warned but I'm sure he's figured that much about Bob by this stage lol.

1) Double stack sitter Ali Mallu

2) Inverted chair sitter Mateyboy.

No double-stack inverted chair sitters yet though. We can only hope, we can only hope....

Would that be a reverse cowboy or am I thinking of something else ?

Karl Mahrenholz is OUT.

Bit of a stinger.

Karl raised pre-flop with Kings, 1 caller in Nick Slade (pictured below).

Ten high flop, Karl checked, Nick bet, Karl re-raised and Nick moved in.

Karl called and caught Nick at it with just Jack high and a gutshot straight draw.

"I thought you had nothing," commented Slade.

Turn and River didn't bring him a gutshot straight, but a cheeky runner runner flush.

Ouch

Martin Wendt just won a big 15k pot. He raised preflop to 450, got two callers on the cutoff and the button before the small blind re-raised to 2700. Only Martin called.

Flop:

Check check.

Turn:

Check, Martin bets 4k, called.

River:

Check, Martin bets 5k. Call

Martin:

I think he's on a lunch break, but I'll have a look when he returns.

Dario Minieri is out. Didn't see the hand but Gesticulation + Italian = Out!

He was on the same table as Mickey and Johnny Lodden. Mickey's first table broke and he was moved away from the aforementioned unorthodox Mr Battersby.
