Quote
Simon Trumper is OUT.

Re-raised an early position raised from the Big Blind to 1,650 with Aces. An extra 1,200 to call, which the initial raiser did.

Flop =

Not wanting to mess around and hoping that his opponet moved in with a hand like Tens or Jacks, Simon bet 2,400, a bet which his opponent called, although at one point he was even mulling up a re-raise.

Turn =

Not a great card, but Simon, who wasn't going to pass, had the Ace of Hearts, and so moved all-in.

His opponent announced, "I've got lucky here" and called with his .

Simon still had 13 outs, but it wasn't to be as the River brought the .

Remember this hand?

Well Marcel Luske had and would have made a straight flush!!

John Magill has lost a couple of thousand, chips that he really can't afford to lose at the moment.

The board read

John checked, his opponent bet 1.5k and John called.

Incredibly, Mateyboy's was good enough.

With all that money though, I'm not sure why he can't buy himself another shirt. He's always wearing that light blue one!

Lucky perhaps?

Is that a bok of sorts?

looks that way.

Here's another example of the Devilfish and that backwards slogan we mentioned earlier on.

I'm still stumped to how that could be possibly be a good idea.

8.30pm TONIGHT on blondepoker we have the "Singapore Sling" A $1 NL Rebuy chip chucking fest where the top 5 will receive a percentage in some Fat bloke from Colchester at the Asian Open in Singapore.

Come and join us for some skillfull poker, the rebuy strategy will be interesting Smiley

and how can I register for thsi event kev?
could you please put me a link for the site Kev as I will join in the fun tonight.

http://www.blondepokerleague.com/

Would be great to have Aris "the Valloooooo" Ton in the field Wink

Interestingly we also have Kev in playing for a stake in himself...

Of course I am playing for a stake in myself, I donated 5% and I want it back Cheesy Cheesy

No % bounty on my head, but if anyone is good enough to take me out of my own comp, I will bring them back a souvenir from Singapore .... (Probably a T-Shirt or something similar) ..... Immaterial though, IM WINNING IT !!!   the prizepool will probably be tasty enough now that Ariston has entered. LOL

Kev has assured me that if he wins the event in singapore it wont be a Tshirt he brings back- he has promised at least 3 ladyboys to whoever eliminates him tonight as a booby prize.

Thewy is OUT.

He was down to 3k, then ran into the button's Kings when he was in the small blind with Tens, leaving him with just 350, he then doubled up to 950 with K-Q against A-J and the possibility of a Thewy revival came into play. There was a UTG raise to 600 and a call, followed by Julian pushing for 950, with another call behind him, then the big blind pushed all in to spoil all their fun giving Jules the chance to quadruple up but unfortunately his A-Q was dominated by the A-K of the BB.

Frank up to 13,375, Tony down to 10,800

He did get down eventually, but I can't see him at the moment. However, half the field are still on their dinner break.

Meanwhile, Simon Nowab is on 26,000. A big thumbs up.
