I believe a few people were after a bit more info about Blackpoolian, Nick Slade, so how about this:

Nick Slade, 43, an acquisitions broker from Preston, has only been playing poker for ten months but is already enjoying enormous success, making four final tables in four different countries in the last three months - he came 3rd in the Bellagio Cup II in July for a $41,000 payout.

A former semi-pro golfer, he had to give up because of family commitments but believes the concentration skills he learned on the fairway are helping in him four-day poker tourneys.

More importantly, he is the only inverted chair sitter on today's final, although I understand Roland is also partial to the odd chair invertion.

wrong! i played him last year !

Nick's words, not mine Turk.

Are u sure it was him? Are you mixing him up with me? I played you last year too.  Cool

funny u   lol

I've had a hard time of it recently. Last night I accidentally went to sleep in my clothes, including my only trousers which are now very sweaty, and then this morning, I realised that I hadn't brought as many boxers as I thought and am being forced to wear my emergency pair. I guess they do the job, but the material tends to settle in uncomfortable places.

:Demergency pair is that code for same pair turned inside out Cheesy

It's code for pair that don't ruddy fit.

I keep having to readjust
dont fit becasue they are too small or dont fit cos your the guy from the spam pms

It's not that they're too small, it's just that they don't quite fit the shape of my body. I'm very unique in that sense. 5.11 but with the waist of a small child.

Q-Q vs A-K

Roland (Q-Q) raised from the button, Rob moved all-in from the Big Blind.

Flop being dealt...

Rob wins a CRUCIAL pot and doubles up, shooting up to around 500k in the process.
