mine's quite pathetically low for such an avid supporter

seeing as man City haven't been abroad much in the last 15 years it counts them out.. and never got into the routine of going to away matches when younger...

1) Old Trafford.. to watch an England schoolboys match vs Scotland.. given as a reward for winning the double double in primary school
2) Ewood Park... to watch a testimonial with a Blackburn supporting better half
3) Maine Road... soooo many times I've lost count, didn't miss a game for nearly 10 years ( at the Huddersfield 10-1 for example.. and am on the video as proof!)
4) City Of Manchester Stadium.. not been often to be honest, went for 4 straight home games at the start of Stuart Pearce's reign.. starting with the Liverpool last minute win, ending with Fowler's missed penalty vs Middlesborough and David James up front ( which I called 10 mins before it happened)
5) Wembley.. I must have THE worst record for any fan.. only been twice... Full Members Cup Final vs Chelsea in the late 80s... go 1 up.. Chelsea make it 5-1 with 5 mins to go, and my dad decides its time to go ( I had no reason to stay either lol)... hear cheering walking down Wembley Way a few times.. getting more depressed... of course it ends 5-4 with City nearly sneaking the draw.

Second time being the Playoff final vs Gillingham.. at the time living in London, and couldn't get the time off work.. still went..2-0 going into injury time, so decide I better scarper before it gets too busy. I manage to run and get on the tube without hearing a thing ( I WAS quick in those days), and decide to go for a stiff drink before going to work.

Of course, walk into the pub ( empty) and see City celebrating.. literally sunk to my knees and YELLED

Played at celtic Park twice. Two 90 minute matches, one in 2003 & then 2004. Broke my wrist in the first one after 15 minutes but refused to come off.

Greatest experience any fan can go through.

ps been to about 15 grounds in england, 15 in scotland, 1 in america and 1 in spain,.......... now where was that place in spain i went to again?Huh?Huh?Huh??

no but i can drink a bottle of brown ale without it touching the sides

Typing that list ran a lot of emotion through me remembering some of the best times ive ever had and some of the most depressing(losing the league when ahead by miles, two fa cup final loses when we never turned up etc etc etc),but i guess thats the curse of following the team i love.
Football  kinda saddens me at the minute,i cant deny some of the games are fantastic, some of the players are just sublime but i just cant comprehend how much even average players are being bought and sold for and the rediculous money going in there pockets, more money in a season than ill earn in a lifetime.Teams like arsenal not having one british/irish player let alone english and local, and sky-setantas-arttv over saturated coverage just makes kids into glory hunters which kid is going to support brentford and go to griiffen park when its just premiership rammed down your throat day in day out.
sorry rant over
