Forget that just tell him i said "happy days"

I doubt that will be happening any time today, he hasn't played a hand yet.

Can you tell him not to wait till day 5 please!

Sverre Sunbo is the climber of the day.

Down to just over 1k, he is now on a quite remarkable 23,200.

He's been yoyo-in in true Thewy style. His latest scoop saw him double up his 11 stack with K-Q on a Flop with two clubs and a Queen. Sverre check called every street, with the latter being for his whole tournament. He was correct to put his opponent on a missed flush draw and subsequently made a very good call with his top pair.

Surinder Sunar seems to be playing his usual solid game. On a Flop of 8d-Ad-Ks, he called a 900 bet, checked the 2s Turn with his opponent before betting 6k into a 3.5k on the 2s River. Opponent folded and the Wolverhampton man is running well above the approximately 14k average with 19k.

Bad news, folks.

Julian Thew is OUT.

He re-raised a 1,200 pre-flop bet all-in for 4,200 with Pocket Eights.

Incredibly, his opponent, who only had around 10k, called the extra 3k with J-8 and spiked a Jack.

Ouc, that's gotta hurt...

A splatter of information courtesy of David Lloyd of the Gutshot. Apparantly, one of their players, simply known as JJ (not a pair of jacks), just knocked Martin Wendt down to a very lowly 3k, shooting himself up to 30k in the process.

The hand?

All the money went in on a Flop of 4-5-6.

Martin, who made the call, had 4-5, and JJ had Pocket Nines.

Turn?

6

bigger two pair
