To come out firing on the turn would indicate a strong draw to me, I doubt the ace is out there as someone would have stuck in a chunky bet, My guess is you are ahead, I would call and reload if i were wrong.

on the other hand i wouldnt be playing in this game as its way above my bankroll restrictions so i would be playing scared so i would take the 365 left to the bar and get pissed with a trip to a karoke bar

I reckon Cut Off is slowplaying something here. (up untill he gets what he wants by UTG+1 betting the pot)

I don't know booder, never played with him, but I take him for a decent player. I reckon he's atleast got the ace and probably two pair. AQ, A9 something like that (maybe even trips?) so I guess I would have to lay it down...having said that I don't know if I could.
From just reading the I would say it's a fold..but at the table I might very well call this (better view of the players and all that, especially Booder).

That said, if you know the game is playing fast and loose and you are not prepared to have a gamble with this, then why enter the pot? Good starting cards can not be underestimated in a game like this. You have position, but no idea where you are and have already posted £32 into the pot with Q9o!

You are in position and if your post-flop play is good enough not to get married to a hand then it is a standard easy formula for success in these type of games.

Calling raises with no idea where you are is one of the worst plays in poker imo.

Sure they get cracked, but you would have less opponents as you would be bringing it in for a raise.

£32 entered into a pot 'hoping to flop smething big' and only £353 back. 10/1 is the sort of implied odds I might like with a small pair against an opponent who I know can't lay down an overpair if I flop a set, not cold calling speculative bets and hoping to get lucky.

Sorry, but I don't think I can be convinced here.
