It depends on the other players in the pot, if it's case of knowing they are all on high cards, AAxx etc then its a call.

CO has more chips than 2 UTG but not as many as the button wre talking aproximately 25 BBs

I think this is an easy call unless there is something bizarre about the payout structure.  you won't be much of a dog and if you win you will have plenty of chips to gamble your way to the final.  If you lose you are still average chips.
