Think your missing the point here serenity. Its not about shedding tears. Its about the fact the casino has done nothing about it. The money does matter, but in a game highly centred around ettiquette and for the casino not to enforce the rules already in place is ridiculous.

I dont think any (many) of us would "cry" at losing £35 if we lost it FAIR AND SQUARE

Now you're crying a little ChipRich...admit it.  Cheesy
lol

true, i suppose if he said make it 50 he should carry out his bet. but brent has said that he made what, 400 bucks that night? so whats 35 quid to make a whole topic about lol kind of a joke if u ask me, some1s attention seeking!!!!!!

I wasnt "seeking attention", Le Knave was about to post the same topic as me at the time, as we were stunned at the cheating we had just witnessed.

I wanted to hear what peoples opinions where on the matter in the poker community, and people were very helpful.

This is afterall, a poker fourm as noted above by Jinky.

Its not like i lost £35 (as said in your bad beat post), i didnt lose it, it was stolen from me, and from the pot on the table.

Yes, very interesting...We might be seeing that one on Judge Judy reruns
Back to the lad that fleeced Brent; I don't promote violence, but surely if he was to make a habit of that sort of behaviour, he may find himself ripping off the wrong person before long.....and to be frank he isn't the biggest of fellas.
