There's been plenty of talk of backgammon on here recently, so I was wondering how many would be interested in setting up a Blonde backgammon tournie..?

Say ten quid or ten dollars entry, plus maybe 20% to P4C or another charity in place of rake. Games to be arranged between players in the style of the Blonde heads-up.

I'd be happy to organise if there were sufficient numbers, comments and suggestions obviously welcome.

Come on then, letsbe avenue.

Could we have a test tourny on some freeroll tables, as I have only played a few times.
I dont feel like wasting depositing money on backgammon just yet.

I'm in

It's prob best to do it on Play65 (o whateva skin you use) and conduct the whole thing on the play moneys side so we don't have to pay any ridicu rake.

All $$ xfers could take place via Pstars or Full Tilt.

That's what I was thinking. Unless there's some clever transfer thing we could do through Blonde...?

Depending on numbers it could also be round-robin with a final, or there could be a 'plate' tourny for 1st round losers so that everyone gets at least two games. It's not meant to be too serious, beginners very welcome. There's a lot of luck in them there dice in any case.
