While it's Praz Bansi who's the inaugural GUKPT CHAMPION, winning £75,500 (that includes the money added and the £3k final seat so it's really £65,500 but it's a lot of money in any case) Congratulations to them both... |

I played next to Praz for a few hours in the $1K event at the WSOP last year (that he went on to win). He table-talked me out of re-re-raising with JJ from the button when he'd repopped me with 10's from the big blind. Still regret that pot now (he bet out and took it off me on Q high flop). Very good player and congrats to him for taking down another major event.
