Apparantly he's got his mother's eyes, and his father's poker face.

I bet his first words are 'I raise'.  Cheesy

Isn't Barney just a diminutive of Barnaby - ie they're the same name.

Correct. Try telling snoops that though......

Then why did you say...

Quote
Nooooooooo It's B-A-R-N-A-B-Y

when I asked...

Is the baby not called Barney?

if they are the same name?

If I had two kids and one was called Barney, I don't think I'd be able to resist changing the other to Fred.

OK, I give in.

"I call" more like. When Thewy says "I call" I just get up & go. I know I'm dead.

I think it's a great name.

Barney is cute when you're a kid, and when he grows up Braney is always a nice guy, I mean, does anyone know any nasty Barneys?

Well done Julian, Julian+1

Bainn and I send Congrats to you all, Julian, and a big warm welcome to young Barnaby!

By the way, I think "Barney" is a great name - it was my Dad's and he was christened "Bernard" - he was a great guy, and, as someone has said, I have never come across an unlikeable "Barney"

"Barnaby" is a brilliant choice IMO!  Smiley
