i have just been checking up on some of the teams promoted last season
i am expecting to be sent right back down again
it seems extremely hard to finish in top 4 the year after promotion the best you can hope for is 5/6th and win a play off

Was I supposed to be playing someone? Sorry, I've been busy this week and my internet connection has been very dodgy....
I hastily arranged a friendly with a new team yesterday after no-one had challenged me.
I'm giving my reserves a run out, they scored 274 and have the oppo at 68-3 after 15 overs.

Been a bit busy today so will do the full update later, just want to get the fixtures out, so they can be sorted.
Week 4 fixtures:
Group A:
Newportlad v wolf306
Cossieboy v Booder
Group B
Pokerdave v Wardonkey
Pokerram v Bongo
Intergroup:
Yogi v Bazza
Can the home teams challenge ASAP please, and the away teams accept. Any problems let me know (if you haven't been challenged or it's not been accepted). If they're not sorted by the end of Friday's games then whoever is adjudged to be at fault will forfeit the game.

ok as far as i am aware we now have sherriff tractor nakor and myself
can i suggest that we play back to back matches against each other
so we all play each otehr home and away
can i suggest nakor and i play over next 2 weeks and sherrif and tractoe play

It happens like that sometimes, I've gone from 273-2 to 289 all out before with players who have performed well in most other matches, although I must admit my tail is useless at batting... I've bought an all-rounder to help with that - just need to train his stamina up so he performs satisfactorily with both bat and ball. |
