maruma is on the market guys first bid in 200k 68 hours left till auction ends
he is a nice bowler just not good enough for the team i am trying to build without nets
and i cant afford the nets on him
so i am going for the money

No pops for me, though wasn't expecting any...
Very soon expecting my wicketkepper/batsman to pop on maybe 2 primaries and a secondary
Also after selling my best batter , I'm on the lookout for a bargain or 2 again.. think I need an all rounder, a batsman and a fast/fast medium bowler..
I'll be trawling for a while

Anyone help?
Was looking for a good fast bowler on the transfer market and yesterday spotted a 19 year old who i thought would be good enough for my squad who wasnt at an opening price of £100000+. I put a bid in for £6000 yesterday morning, by the evening the bidding had risen to £9000. The deadline was 4.43am this morning so i bid £10000 in the evening, by the time i was on my way to bed someone had already bid £11k.
So i decided my limit for the player would be £35k so rather than bid £12k then wake up this morning to discover someone had bid £13k and gazumped me i bid £35k and went to bed. Woke up this morning to find bidding had closed and £35k was the highest bid but the player is still not part of my squad - why not?

ok, i checked again when i got in work at 9am and still not part of my squad but now checked a 2nd time at 10.15 and he is  strange though - maybe i needed to get international clearance to bring him over to jungleville or something?  |

I shelled out a hefty 200k earlier for a 17yo wk batsman  . Relatively happy with my squad now as I've managed to strengthen areas I was weak in and got a couple of quality trainees in. |

Stamina: worthless Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: mediocre Concentration: woeful
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: feeble
Fielding: mediocre
not bad for 1k I suppose... could be a decent allrounder in a year or so...

with 1 batting 1 wk 1 feild and 1 stamina net will be a good addtion to my FC team

The team fitness level does carry over though, so by GFIing in the league the fitness (and performance) will be lower for the friendlies.

maurma has not gotten a bid of 325k
i think thats a fair price for a player i bought for 52k at the end of last season who had a couple of nets last season and none this year
very happy although i am disapointed i couldnt keep him and train him myself

Well I have a lovely home game for tomorrow vs the unbeaten league leaders, and generally his lowest BT rated player is better than my highest!!
Think its a bat first, try and hold out for the 50 overs.. and watch how quickly they knock the runs off
Its a definite TIE so can go full out for Ironshire on Sunday
