Prices have gone a bit crazy, just bought this guy for about £8k
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: woeful Concentration: feeble
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: competent
Fielding: woeful
20, RM bowler, should be close to a bowling pop so I might put a few nets on.
Should help me to bump up the numbers for FC games anyway

Batting: worthless Concentration: worthless
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: respectable
Fielding: woeful
I've not bought this guy but the bidding stands at £100k at the minute.
Crazy money!

I just spent £104k on this dude.
High wages, so should be close to popping to resp bowling - worst case is about 75% of the way there, but then stam, cons and fielding would all pop on 1 net so still some training value there.
Seems a lot of money but I think that's the way the market is moving. Hopefully a nice profit in the deal for me!

25, defensive RM.
I don't have any mediums (about from a mediocre I bought last week), so he should fill a gap as well. Until I sell him of course!

Questions and speculation.
Whats he worth ?
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, superb batting form, respectable bowling form,
sublime*
A defensive player with mediocre leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Plays For: Norfolk Magicians
Nationality: New Zealand
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 9,333
Wages: £445 p/w
Stamina: proficient Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: abysmal Concentration: abysmal
Bowling: competent Consistency: respectable
Fielding: abysmal
* What does this stat relate too? Fitness ?
Should be very close to batting pop as well.
I assume success, club size or money don't allow you more nets ? 10 for everyone?
IF the FC games begins next season would anybody care to speculate how the divisions will be decided ? Random ? As your OD division ? Ranked ?
All help and answers appreciated.

Yes, fitness.

Correct, 10 nets for everyone.

The current OD system will be used to group teams. So all div 6 teams will go into div 6, all
into 5 etc. I think the groups will be drawn randomly from each tier.
I think your player will probably fetch at least £150k, I'd keep him. Even if you can't afford to net him he'll be a useful squad member and depth in bowling is going to be very valuable if/when FC comes in, which now looks probable.

And seeing as how it is you i'll throw in a couple of bananas too - i cant say fairer that that!!

From what I gather it's not quite like that.
Firstly the top 2 tiers will be made up entirely of bots, this is to make it easier for the top FC teams to rise to the top.
Secondly each division is likely to have a mix of teams in it from around the same level. e.g. mix of div 5 and div 6 teams.

Is that a typo? If not, it's definitely not worth training him up in batting from abysmal!
If you mean bowling then I think that once he's popped he'll go for a very tidy sum - especially with proficient stamina -would also be a very bad idea to sell him before the pop!

No typo have been training him Stam, Bat and Bowl since I had him original plan was to have him tick over and hopefully just 1 batting net a week next season to sneak him to mediocre. I guess i kind of hoped for the glorious double batting pop my all rounder afforded me.
Again I am facing decision time in regards to squad size - If FC kicks off I am struggling to see how I can be competitive, the money vs squad talent is the hardest thing I will face this close season I feel.
Cheers for your help guys.

The problem with that is, by the time he gets to mediocre batting, will that actually be any use to your team?
It also won't add much to his resale value, you could buy a cheap 17yo - say med stam, med bat, med conc, and med fielding -put the one batting net on him for the same time and make millions or keep him and have a very good bat.

Bongo have you seen my team ? he is in my top 3 performers now a bowler with Med Batting is a dream, and the Magicians is a place to build a career he will be with me for 10 years should I keep him
but 150K might afford me 3 basic players and I can't help think I need the players rather then the stars at this stage.
