Do you think it gives you an edge being famous and playing poker? i.e people thinking you can't play.

Dear Michael,

I read recently in some "celeb magazine" that you were asked "what is the best night out you have had recently".

You replied "doing a shift behind the bar at Robs pubs opening night with Colchester Kev"

You didnt realy, but you bloody should have !!  Wink
That was a great night at Robs opening of the pub. Used to love working behind the bar. And yes working alongside the great Colchester Kev was the highlight of the evening lol,

There's a great one? And we've been struggling along with bog-standard for all this time?

You once gave my mother in law your bingo dobber at the Gala when filming some stuff for the match in Newcastle, she has faithfully used it ever since and has not washed her hand for 6 months, it has now run out, is there any chance of getting another one for her?

Do you still play in the cash games at the Vic?

I once sat next to you in the game and after two hands you offered me a boiled sweet which was very nice, were you being generous or lulling me into a comfort zone before pouncing to take my chips(which you actually did)

All those questions and the most important one gets brushed over.

Now look here Greco, I want answers and I want them quick.

Give us some Eastenders goss and pronto.

Who did everyone hate? I bet it was Pauline Fowler.

Now quick march!
OK the most hated person on eastenders i think hmmmmmmmmmmmm would probably would have to have been yes you guessed it pauline miserable fowler. She was so miserable she made victor meldrew seem like bonnie langford... The most faniable was probably tamzin outhwaite. And no b4 u ask i havent been there. The nicest guy was Martin Kemp. A true gent. Great value for the sofas ads. And the most frightening was Jessie KAT sLATER Wallace.. No make up in the morning. gRuesome sight. lol,

I think it can work for and against you being a famous person playing poker. You get the type of person who wants to bluff you out of a pot just so that he can tell his mates. And also the type of person who wants to knock you out of a tournament cos he just doesnt like your status. But I try use that to my advantage by playing solidly and waiting for them to make their move when I have a monster. Also its a known fact that most celebrity players arent great but the experience i have gained in the last 2 years hare starting to prove invaluable as my knowledge of the game has vastly improved. So any of you celebs out there who are willing to play heads up... IM READY.LOL......
