i ordered some books ages ago that haven't arrived and cashouts seem to take an age now also, been 10 days waiting for the last one when it used to be 4-6 days max.

It will take longer, they have to run out past the troops blockading the offices, bush has stationed 4000 troops outside poker stars offices, see the war on poker is just starting, see its a war for the freedom of the American youth, they are being controlled by the poker dictators and Bush is freeing them.

Also its a war he has a 50% chance of winning, have to win one sometime, its varience.

Cashed some out a few weeks ago, took 4-5 days to be in my account. Via debit card.
Went to do another cashout and it seemed debit card option not available.

Couple of year back got a signed book, took about a month.

I just got am email from stars and they told me that they will be adding the black zip up top soon. Good to hear! ...I am just hoping it is the one I want


They also apologized for me not getting my bag I ordered almost 8 weeks ago. They said they would send everything I orderd at once as well as a free gift making for the error. Nice eh?

Stars is the best for customer relations!
