Has anybody attempted to withdraw any money from Neteller since the incident with the americans and the top guys getting arrested? I withdrew $400 on jan 23rd and still no sign of it in my bank account. Been on live help twice (going for the third as we speak) and sent an email to support (no response yet, 2 days later), nobody seems to be able to help me or even want to help me.
Anybody else had similar problems lately?

When i withdrew money from them a couple of months back, it took around 11 days to get into my acount. Give them a ring, thats what i do. Never ever email them!

I've cashed $4,000 out in the last week without a problem via postal cheque. Took only four days to arrive after making my request.

I have no idea, but Sauron's article specifically mentions that only U.S. customer accounts are affected.

I'm not sure whether I can trust Neteller anymore but the only ways to get money out of Sun appears to be either by cheque or some complicated wire transfer where I have to fax them off my life history. WTF don't they let us use Maestro?

This is a badly written article confusing a number of different issues - I wouldn't take anything from it. Neteller UK is regulated by the FSA and they should take prompt action if UK or European customers were in danger of losing funds.
Neteller PLC with it's US customers is based in the Isle of Man and there has been no publicity whatsoever about any action against the company itself. The action was taken against two former directors and shareholders.
