would love to have seen the long run in without that loose horse (purely from a sporting perspective, cos I had the winner)...thought that mccoy would have come back at him a bit more

well thats me out of a big hole, one remaining double on WhysoMayo and thats me done with horse racing til the next time I get buried at poker. Impressive performance but it didn't really beat a lot.. impossible to judge just how good he is.

better than best mate? definetly. He's won everything this season from 2miles to the Gold Cup. If he even wins half of the races he's won this season next season he'll undoubtebly be better in my opinion. Arkle? I don't know. I've seen old video clips of Arkle but I'm not as old as you my friend.  It's like comparing Rooney to Lineker and Romario to Pele when you haven't seen both of them play. Kauto has been amazing this season, he's done what no other has been able to achieve in one season and he's won this with the minimum of fuss. |

I have done my money in and made a loss on the festival but it's been a privilige to watch a horse like this get it's just rewards. |
