As we get older, we must all notice things that we used to be able to do that we can't do now. I have loads, here are two of my latest examples, discovered yesterday.
I can no longer
Jump directly on to my feet from flat on my back.
Sing along to "I should have known better" by Jim Diamond.

I'm coming up to the big 40, and there's loads of things i can no longer do. Drinking 12 pints being one of them.

Recognise the names of the bands in the charts. Go to the pub every night, feel OK the next day and still have money for other stuff! Go to the barbers/hairdresser for styled cut ..... now have spit & polish! Pot long shots on the snooker table. Pull fit blonde's. Ride my motor bike without fear! Play football.
But hey....it's not all bad news......I can always play Poker!

I can't imagine I've ever been able to jump directly onto my feet from lying flat on my back, but a quick experiment has proven that I could still bite my toenails (if I so wished).
In my mind I thought I would still be able to do cartwheels - I can't (and really wish I hadn't tried)
