I will start off.

My favourite tournament poker player is Allen Cunningham.
The reason for this being, his ice cold  cool approach to the game sets a good example of how a poker player should conduct themselves at the table and he has a phenomenal ability to reaad other players and knows when to set a perfect trap

I know I've said this before but

Allen is the closest you're going to get (along with Phil Ivey) to someone who plays like a machine.

At its heart, poker is not a game which is decided by the player with the most strengths, but by the player with the fewest weaknesses as in NL poker a single weakness can mean your downfall. I can't find any weakness in Allen's play - you look for something you can use against him but can't really find anything.

that is word for word what I was going to say. uncanny

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

My favourite has to be Danny N- the way he can speak for every poker player on the planet, is the font of all knowledge on every subjectand knows just how much to say without overstepping the line is like totally awesome.....dude  Wink

(he is seriously my favourite player despite the above sarcasm because of the way he plays the game- he doesn't need cards to win tournaments even if his style is a little bit Euston like).

Easily my favourite would be the very popular person on blonde at the moment- Daniel Negraneu.

I like the way he interacts with the other players, gets results and isnt american!

I appreciate allen cullingham as a player but i would never want to be him- so lifeless when he plays, i wanna have fun at the table and therefore would put alot of players ahead of him.

I dont want to offend people but i really dont like watching geeky people play poker, no matter how succesful they are.

I will be the 1st to say that "LD" is a great player, just a little sick of his act.

For my money it is Gus Hanson

This guy is gonna have a big year, knows the game backwards and forwards, takes a lot of shit from other players, just seems to have a steadiness about him that is remarkable. If u think playing like Gus is easy just give it a try

Class act, great player, student of the game
