I think this is a fold for me as well.  I don't want to be getting hallf my stack in by calling with TT.  I would probably treat the situation differently if i was acting first.  Its possible he could have a smaller pair or even AK, AQ, AJ and is looking to scoop the blinds or at worse get into a race.  I hope when you take him on he has a small pair that doesn't improve.

It would be situational for me too but I dont think his range is too huge, he's pushing UTG and probably expects a call from somewhere.  Has he pushed his short stack at all yet?

He could have a smaller pair but I reckon you're 50/50 at best
