1st chance chips went on  in the hole on a 9 K K board, when Celtic made his better FH on the turn with the ace.

2nd chance chips went on  in the hole, raised up, pushed on a 7 high flop, only to be called by a guy wth A J

doubt I will ever understand that call.

Of course he hit the jack....

I just would like to say i had a great game played out of my skin and i must of put a few on tilt sorry folks i was just having a laugh i went out on  Two Clubs  what was your final hand pls post

You were great fun to share table time with Chippie.  Bugger of an opponent to play against but its worth it for the table talk!

I went out with pocket 9's to QJ, btw.

wasn't my exit hand but I was crippled by this hand.

I make a raise with half my chip stack and tank calls with
 Two Clubs two hearts
Flop

Tank checks i check
Turn was blank and we both check
River

tank all in and I fold.
kicking myself that i didn't push post flop or turn as tank would (probably) have folded. I played it like a weak numpty

First guy to ever believe me when I say pocket twos.  thumbs up

Ok I have a question with regards to my last hand.

I cant remember the exact details but im sitting with about 20k blinds were 4k/2k (i think) and ive been card dead for ages also mr aggressive (non blonde) is stealing left right and centre. The blinds are about to go up and im 2 away from BB, i look down and see KJo and go allin. Moscovich is on my left and he called (i think) and im thinking OOPS. I wasn't actually aware that Tank was in the hand too and was waiting for Mos to turn his cards over but he was taking ages so I thought OK lets see what uv got and turned over my cards. The dealer then says the hand is still in play and tells me to turn my cards back over quick (even though everyone has seen them). Mos then goes allin and Tank thinks for AAAAGES then says that he thinks Mos has AK and is dominating me, he has TT on a raggy board and finally calls and with no help on the turn or river he wins the pot (i was impressed btw ;-) np young man.

So my question is...if this had been a normal casino tourney would my hand have been dead when I showed it?

I am waiting for VodkaRedBull to post his hand, that was a funny one.

I got crippled with AA vs 33, standard. Then run my last chippies with A9 vs A10. GG GL GFY.

SaraM wouldn't want her 2nd post to be a bad beat story, but I'll do it for her.

for those that didn't see it some lucky fish hit two 3 outers against her.
first was K10 v her A10 on a 10 high flop. king on turn brought SaraM a flush draw but no redraw.

she got herself back into it when same LF fired at an Ace high flop and ran into her AQ

then LF called her preflop raise and led out on 6,2,2 flop. she reraised all in with 8,8 and he found a call with A8. A on the turn.

some people are just born lucky.

I didnt suffer any beats.
1st hand of tournament was my BB and Ironsides SB. Simon Nowab and Ironside had already started the verbal and Simon had said he was after me as soon as he'd got Ironsides chips. I was keen not to play my usual tight game. I wanted to get stuck in for a change. With blinds at 25/50 Mel Lofthouse made it 600 (meant to bet less she said later) Simon reluctantly passed. It passed round to Ironside and he didnt see the point with Simon out of the hand. I look down at 10,10. I'm pretty sure if she had AA,KK or QQ she'd get the bet right so unless it's J,J I fancy I'm ahead. Mel also knows I'm a tight player so I decide to push all in. Mel beats me into the pot with AK, flop an Ace and I'm on my second 3000.

If Mel bets 200 preflop I probably call, take a shot at the A high flop and pass to a raise. never mind.

the battle between Simon and Ironside cost a few people chips who got caught up in the crossfire. a few people benefited too. After Ironside went out, Simon said I was next. He said he'd call my all in blind. I pushed in with 7,7 Simon called with filth and Claw found KK to knock me out and decimate Simon.

pretty straight forward for me. cashed in every SnG I played though so still a successful session

not all quite factually correct but the outdraws are!

it was hard to see exactly how the hands played out because of the huge crowd of people who both times thought they were about to see the lucky fish in question get busted.
