Applause for Antoine Nouel for a cracking Oscar winning performance and a nice bit of reverse psychology.
Facing a raise of 10k from Atanas Gueorguieu and a
-6c-6d Flop, Antoine huffed and puffed before suddenly announcing all-in, a pained expression on his face. Of course, everyone at the table assumed it was a bad acting job with a monster hand, especially Atanas who folded pretty swiftly, but Antoine surprised them all by turning over a quite possibly behind
-Qc.

No movement as of yet from Paul 'Long Island Larry/Tiny Dancer' Gourlay... he still has around 20-21k.

We're back, the blinds are 800/1,600 ante 150. They put little stickers with the chip count on them on their stacks during the dinner break, but due to reasons beyond our control*, we only just got back in time for the restart.
*Dave's and my food didn't arrive. Just writing up the counts which speedy Snoopy and I managed to get as they took their seats (N.B. Not totally comprehensive - one table left uncounted):
Christophe Cabras 27,500
Antoine Nouel 61,171
Jeff Wallace 16,300
Tor Gammelgard 98,025
Yuri Kerzhapkin 20,000
Szawomir Rydinsky 38,325
Atanas Gueorguieu 40,475
Turgut Guner 24,000
Nikolai Evdakov 36,925
Clement Amagat 46,825
Csaba Kuremski 69,975
Wasek Lukasz 39,975
Nikolai Losev 40,150
Runar Runarsson 23,875
Nichlas Saarisilta 224,300
Dave Colclough 34,300
Michael Akrich 83,000
David Redlin 38,600
Daniel Bertelsen 19,350
Jason Lee 12,150
Alain Layani 31,250
Xavier Detournel 57,525
Otto Richard 90,300
Walid Bouhabib 15,600
Thomas Belleuvre OUT
Adrien Gavile 104,675
Gilbert Chahine 46,500

A couple of players who bit the dust today but may have gone unnoticed are Mark Teltscher and Eli Marciano, the latter currently watching from the rail, with probably one eye on the juicy cash games.

Will Ma is a very good friend of mine, is there any chance I could get some updates on him
?
He certainly isn't a big deal player at this tourney as its his first live tourney, but I think he has a pretty good shot. Also, is sorel still in?

Where did you go? What did you have? Did DC have smoked salmon for starter and main like last year?

Down to 45, the latest exit being Alain Layani, knocked out by Michel Akrich, threes v jacks, 2-9-5-A-8 board, 3 hearts on the flop, but none in their hands.

Paul Gourlay went to dinner a short stack, tried to order Long Island Iced Tea, "to help get my chips in the middle," but they'd not heard of that particular concoction so he settled for three main courses and a vodka-lemonade. The underfloor fish were enthralling as ever...
Table break! 45 players left...and we'd nearly sorted out who everyone was at the chip count. All change...

Is this your mate? He's a very uneven stacker, and guards his chips like so... so our counts are really best guesses. At the dinner break he had 96,575 according to his post-it note - we genuinely wouldn't have known otherwise...

Ya, thats him.
He played live for his first time ever last Tuesday(1/2 NL), but he has been a very successful online player. He tells me that he is just trying to not give up anything, rather than trying to pick stuff up off of people. Is he holding true to that by never really making eye contact? Guess thats kind of a detailed question, but just wondering how he is doing... he's probably the last person I'd expect to play with a bunch of rich, classy europeans, at first he wasn't even allowed in(had to buy nicer shoes).
Thanks
