It's always trains or bananas on here.  Now both at the same time...

I used to play the £2 MTT's on Crypto and then saw there was a poker 425 forum being publicised by Will Hill. Joined up then and there. Never thought I'd end working here though. lol

You work here??? First I've heard about it.  scared

Suzanne, just before BB4. What perfect timing! Only I got confused with registration in the wee hours and have ended up with this pathetic handle of 'RAO'. Oh well, 'an Aussie rose by any other name would still get beat'!!

Its OK, we can still provide a tenuous link to poker for you.  They've just opened a restaurant by that name in Caesars Palace, so you're 'Vegas-themed' after all!

I was introduced to the site by Div (who doesn't post much, but is still around).  I think he can take the blame for Teacake, Patman & Scottish Dave as well.

Who ate up huge chunks of your life by bringing you on to blondepoker?

Wrong, it was Scottish Dave who told me about Blonde, almost 2 years ago  Shocked

If I remember correctly it was pretty quiet then (I think it was during the 2005 WSOP), Tikay, Red Dog & Ironside were the main posters although Dave managed 500 posts in less than a week  Cheesy

I found Blondepoker via Google when I was looking for tips on playing crapshooty rebuys (after my first trip to The Riverboat), and found an article Snoopy had written. I sent the link to Rod, Teacake, Dave, Patman, and a few others.

Dave then went one further and found the forum section of the website. After he'd been on it for a few days he sent something to the rest of us suggesting we join, and saying he had already spoken to the 'top man' on the site.................Tikay.

Tikay advised on my membership. He said I could join for a special guest discount. He only charged me £345 for an annual pass.

He also gave me a "Certificate of Authenticerty", hand signed.
