titan are on a day off so no manaully adding has happened according to tonyg

remember its not how many in the event that matters even if there was only 2 runners (davec and tonyg) it would now be a 5K freeroll because its the number of depositing players that have opened accounts via the download link that counts

I signed up to titan 24hrs ago and made a deposit. Have heard nothing....tried to enrol but as with others it says restricted. So I emailed support. After 4 or 5 exchanges of emails they said that the freeroll was restricted.....lol.

So I sent a very clear email explaining the situation.......and they sent my email back to me, with no answer, explanation etc. I sent it back to them......they sent it back to me..........Anyone for tennis?

Yes popdog. Titan's replies do tend to be templated auto-replies, & you can tell they are responding on Auto-Pilot rather than actually reading the question you have posed. But The Manual Help Desk opens again overnight, & I am sure they will sweep up all the queries & questions quickly. And to be fair to them, their line has been consistent throughout.

A reminder that the procedure is.....

Register for an Accoiunt via the Titan Banner on the Home Page.

Wait for a confirmation from them that you are all set up - this may take 24 to 48 hours, though they'll speed up now, with the comp being less than 24 hours away.

Enter the comp.

Win the comp.

Take home Titan's money.

still no email.  Worryingly though I did have one inviting me into a new account holders freeroll next Saturday.  I hope this isnt instead of the Blondes one.  I definatly signed up from the right place - I downloaded off the main Blondes site.

Yeah I had a similar problem. I keep getting told I haven't been "invited".

On live support now trying to get some sense out of someone.

Wow, they properly don't want me to play. So far I've been told...

"no, this is a restricted game for players with invitations only"

and

"yes, but you did not register from blonde"

Ok, they really don't want me to play. They don't believe I have been invited to the game or that I signed up through Blonde (which I did).

They have asked me to contact the manager at Blonde, so I'll PM Tony G and hopefully get listed.

There you go guys, that should reassure you. Hang tight.

I am being inundated by e-mails & PM's, & so are Titan. At some stage, we have to take Tony G at his word, & just be patient.

See you later - I hope!

By the way, I am registered with Titan, but stiil awauit my "invite". And my PC is WORKING today, meaning I could play the comp tonight.

would be great if we can get over 100 registered and deposited with Titan, even if they cant make tonights game, as that will mean an extra $5,000 in the prize-pool  Grin
