Thats the perfect weight for you now. Id stop losing weight  and step up the fitness and the intake of the healthy diet.  All that exercise will burn more weight off and you dont need that now. God, we will need to start calling you skinny kev now:)

wow, thanks for all the positive messages, i think that pic might have made me look thinner than i am, i still have a way to go yet.

dont worry im not on the verge of anorexia just yet Wink

i still have plenty of flab that im hoping the gym will help me shift.

Nice one Kev. I am having a go myself as of today, post holiday flab and all that and would like to fit back in to a lot of my trousers that are gathering dust.

Excellent going Kev, how many lb's have you lost so far then?
I'm attempting to loose weight but really struggling to do it on my own, ended up joining Slimming World to see if that could help motivate me, lost 8lb in the first two weeks but stayed the same the last two as i've been slipping back into my old eating habits.
That pic has got me motivated again though.

 

PS are you sure your not tricking us and thats a pic of your twin brother that you've never mentioned.
