I have a new poker hero and his name is Sir Eric Stoner. Those of you who know him, know that there is nothing more to add.
You are the winner in my book Brendan

See you in the future,

Des
(aka Jennifer Tilly's boobies)

Good post and the setiments are seconded.

Doc Farrrell & Brendan clashed in a hand, & Doc put Brendan to a big decision. Brendan descibed Doc's breathing as being "like Jeniffer Tilley's chest"........Wink

Doc played his part in a mgnificent Final, in which every player understood the true APAT Spirit, & a huge rail cheered & clapped throughout.

A wonderful day for poker, & I lost count of the number of players who came up & said they'd had a really terrific time.

Brendan, we are so very proud of you mate!   Hope you enjoyed a most deserving reception and celebration.  We so wished we were there  but were with you in spirit.

Looking forward to seeing you and that medal!

Take care ,

Having just arrived back at the office in sunny Chester, I just want to say a huge thank you to all of the APAT team & staff a the Fitz for organising another fantastic event. My performance was pants........but I still enjoyed myself? Something about these APAT weekends! (And Guinness)
Congratulations to Jacques on his victory..............but the real winner for me was Brendan, a gent of the highest order and a fantastic performance!! With the number of outs you had on that last hand post flop, I fancied you to take it down.....them bloody poker gods eh!

I'm looking forward to the next event already......cheers all for a top weekend.

Well done to all the Blondites.

Very well Done Dave. Bit dissapointing that you only have £600 to show for it.

Very suprised that 4th receives the same payout as 9th.

as we have said many times before, APAT champiosnips see gold silver and blonde medals for the top three and a play to win mentality with a flat payout structure elsewhere on the final table

Le Knave played superbly, with a wonderful attitude

The boy done good.  He's got a great game, just wish the miserable fecker would smile at the table every now and again!

Yes, but I did notice that avoided playing this one.  Quite wise too.  It's a long way for you to go to be supporting from the rail after 45 minutes.

Ha ha ha ha, oh bless you, you humour does make me smile.

As much as i would have loved to have knocked you out of a comp again, my lack of passport denied me of such a chance.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
