Confess not read the article, so purely going on the headline above...not wise surely us "moaning" on this however wrong....I'm sure we've done this from time to time?!
Why fight for something/someone who is making it clearer and clearer he doesn't wish to stay.

To maximise the money we get for him?

Yes, I'm meaning why question what he is doing and pursue that angle? Pointless and just creates more animosity towards him and us.
We've made it clear to all concerned he isn't going anyway, so any bids will be taken in that vain, etcetera etc.
So I see no postitivaty to come out of challenging his intentions when they are so clear.

The club supported Suarez and stood by him through various troubles so think it's only reasonable for the club to ask the fella wtf he's playing at.
Not a fan of Mignolet for that price. Stick with Pepe for free or Julio Ceasar for free imo.
Young keeper, debut season for big club, new back line, could be fun.

Big shame, decent player, and good prospects. I thought Fenway had a buy/keep English youth "policy"?
I know we still have plenty of them,Sterling, ibe, Kelly, wisdom, coady, Flanagan, Robinson etc, but its a shame to lose (other than Kelly and sterling) the best of the lot!

Shelvey has the talent, but never seemed to deliver for Liverpool. Maybe he'd have done better in a side that was stronger, who knows.

I think BR sees it as Alberto comes in for Shelvey. Only time will tell. I can see Shelvey being very similar to a Lampard type in a few years.

Luis Suarez is now 7/2 with SkyBet to join Arsenal while William Hill suspended the betting after cutting him to 5/6

Would be very surprised. If he did that, then all his talk of wanting to escape the British media and how he feels he's been unfairly treated by the FA, etc., would be nonsense - and it would be a kick in the teeth (pun intended) to Liverpool who have stood by him as much as any club could be expected to (and possibly more than that).

Don't see that happening. Prob just agent tricks to stop the continental big guns sitting on their hands waiting for the price to go down.

Wonder what he's 'worth'? Not seen silly figures of more than £40M being banded around (although £40M is obviously a silly figure when you think about it), when other players are being valued/priced at more than that. I guess it's a market dictated by the clubs with the ability to spend massive fees and wages, and they're the ones that probably are of the most interest to him (and he to them). Real Madrid being the obvious suitor I'd guess.
