liverpool didnt have to sell in the first place!
Moores said he could no longer compete as an owner of a Premier League club. He simply didn't have the money. So he sold, and they (him and the clown Parry) went through a long procedure to find the best buyer. They obviously didn't achieve that.
There are many ways of ensuring new owners perform pre sale, and erm...... none post sale, clearly the sight of H&G wafting money around the place got everyone a little over excited.
Do you actually know any details about the sale, the promises made by G&H, or the terms by which they were sold the club?
This, is a story of greed on both sides of the [coin im afraid.
By whom? Moores got money that he certainly deserved after the years of investment and dedication to Liverpool. Parry came away with far too much.
If there are enough die hard Liverpools fans who believe what they say (there are certainly enough fans), make a movement to buy the club, because it is the only way you will ever be happy. You werent happy when a local liverpool business man owned the club, because some wealthy americans were waving wads of dollars under your dreamy eyes.
That sure was what happened.
I have also never heard of H&G asking for players to be sold, nor have they been overly tight in the transfer market. So blaming them for your poor managers decisions and on pitch performances is, well....... you decide.
G&H promised money would be made available for players. They said that money would be made available for the manager to buy players and any money made from the sale of players would be sacrosanct and would be the managers to use to buy new players. They also said that not only would the new stadium be built, it would be even better and bigger and they even gave a date that the work would start. They reneged on all these promises.
Have you looked at the net spend on players since G&H bought the club? Have you compared that net spend to all the clubs that finished above Liverpool last season?
